SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By subscribing to our skincare products, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Services

• 1.1 Subscription Plans: Our website offers subscription plans where you will receive regular shipments of SeedPeak products based on the plan you choose.
• 1.2 Subscription Period: The subscription package is based on a monthly basis and will be ongoing until you decide to cancel.
• 1.3 Subscription Quantity: The quantity of item(s) received upon subscription is based on the quantity you sign up for at the beginning of your subscription.
• 1.4 Subscription Duration: By subscribing to our skincare products, you agree to a minimum subscription period of three (3) months (“Minimum Subscription Period”).

2. Subscription Billing

• 2.1 Payment Authorization: By signing up to our subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a monthly basis for the subscription fee.
• 2.2 Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, and will continue on a monthly basis until you provide written notice of cancellation in accordance with section 3 below.
• 2.3 Payment Method: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. If payment is not received, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
• 2.4 Missed Payment: In the event of a missed payment during the subscription period, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not successfully processed within 14 days,  your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

3. Cancellation and Changes

• 3.1 Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel your subscription after the Minimum Subscription Period by providing written notice to our customer support team or logging into your account on our website at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired cancellation date.
• 3.2 Cancellation Effect: Cancellations requests received after the Minimum Subscription Period and not meeting the notice requirement in section 3.1 will take effect at the end of the subsequent monthly billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
• 3.3 Changes: You can modify your subscription details, including the delivery address and product preferences, by accessing your account on our website.
• 3.4 Forfeiture of Subscription Points: Upon cancellation of the subscription, all subscription points accrued during the subscription period will be forfeited.

4. Product Delivery

• 4.1 Delivery Schedule: Subscription products will be delivered monthly, according to the schedule outlined in your selected subscription plan.
• 4.2 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be outlined during the subscription sign-up process.

5. Returns and Refunds
