Every skin is different, and it can change with the weather, your routine or a busy week. Choose the description that sounds most like your skin to see what may be going on and a simple SeedPeak routine to start with.
Sensitive skin reacts quickly. Heat, sweat, fragrance, rough fabrics or a harsh soap can leave it red, itchy or stinging. This usually happens when the skin barrier, the outer layer that keeps moisture in and irritants out, is weaker than it should be. The goal is simple: cleanse gently, calm the skin and help the barrier recover day by day.

Dry skin feels tight after washing and can look dull, flaky or rough to the touch, especially on arms, legs and elbows. Air-conditioning, hot showers and strong cleansers all pull moisture out of the skin. Dry skin needs a wash that doesn’t strip, followed by moisture straight after bathing to keep skin soft and comfortable.

Some skin needs more than a daily lotion. Very dry, delicate skin can crack, flake and feel itchy, and may flare up again and again in the same spots, such as elbows, knees and hands. It needs a gentle routine plus a richer cream to seal in moisture and protect the areas that need extra support.

Hands are washed, sanitised and put to work more than any other part of the body. Frequent washing, cleaning products, gloves and sanitiser strip away natural oils, leaving hands dry, rough and sometimes cracked or sore. Hands need a mild wash and a protective cream that stays put, so they can recover between tasks.
